Meet Your Builder

Hi, I’m Cody Isaac

I'm the owner and founder of Isaac Construction, and my background in construction goes well beyond managing projects from behind a desk.

My experience began with building my own home from the ground up, gaining hands-on knowledge of every stage of construction and working across the trades from start to finish. That experience gave me a practical understanding of how homes are built and the attention to detail required to do the job right.

I spent several years as a project manager for a plumbing company before transitioning into commercial construction management with a large national construction company. Those roles strengthened my experience in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and managing complex projects.

Combining that professional experience with my passion for residential construction, I founded Isaac Construction to provide homeowners with a more personal, hands-on custom homebuilding experience.

I hold a degree in Business Management from Indiana University Southeast, maintain ICC residential contractor certification, and am a member of the Building & Development Association of Southern Indiana.

Today, I remain personally involved in every project, from initial planning and budgeting to construction oversight and final walkthroughs. When you build with Isaac Construction, you're working directly with the person responsible for managing your home.
